These terms apply to your use of the Vannexo Media website, including the enquiry form and online booking service. By using the website you agree to them.

1. Information on this website

The website describes our advertising and lead generation services in general terms. It is not an offer capable of acceptance. Services, deliverables, fees and timelines are agreed separately in writing before any work begins.

2. No guaranteed results

Our campaigns are designed to generate project enquiries, but we do not guarantee any particular number of enquiries, leads, sales, contracts or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market demand, advertising budgets, platform policies, competition, and how quickly and effectively enquiries are followed up.

Your business remains responsible for responding to enquiries, quoting, closing sales and delivering the construction work.

3. Advertising spend and fees

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta is separate from our management fees. Platform charges are governed by the platform’s own terms.

4. Booking calls

• Discovery calls booked through this website are free and carry no obligation.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation on screen and by email.
• You can reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation email, up to the cut-off shown on that page, or by contacting us.
• We may need to reschedule or cancel a call; if so, we will let you know as early as possible.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website to submit false information, send spam, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data, or interfere with the website’s operation.

6. Intellectual property

The website’s content, design and branding belong to Vannexo Media or its licensors. Photographs are used under licence and are illustrative; they do not depict our clients’ projects unless stated.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vannexo Media is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where it applies.
